To All Spring Creek Towers Residents:
Due to the impending snow storm anticipated to begin Wednesday 12/16/2020 afternoon through Thursday 12/17/2020, we would like to remind you of our snow removal plan in place.
Our maintenance team will begin the cleaning process as soon as snow begins to accumulate. To address the high traffic areas first, we are prioritizing the snow removal as follows:
- High traffic sidewalks
- Building front entrances
- Building back entrances and asphalt walks
- Garage entrances
- Parking lots
- Garage rooftops
Also note that all non-emergency work orders scheduled for Thursday will be rescheduled. The Call Center will reach out to those already scheduled.
All appointments at the Management Office located at 1390 Pennsylvania Avenue for Wednesday starting at 12:00PM and Thursday all day have been cancelled.
