SCT Reports

August 31/7:42 p.m. Spring Creek Towers (SCT) Department of Public Safety (DPS) was told by a shopping center employee that a suspicious package was in the inner stairwell at the rear of his store. When investigated by DPS, a brown plastic shopping bag containing two black hand guns was seen there. NYPD was notified and responded. NYPD advised DPS that they were BB guns and took them to the 75th Pct.

August 27/1:37 p.m. DPS issued a summons to a non-resident of SCT for driving his car in the wrong direction in front of building F4, on a one way street, for no legitimate reason.

August 23/9:47 a.m. NYPD arrested an individual in the Associated Foods supermarket and charged him with shoplifting. He is a non-resident of SCT.

August 22/6:46 p.m. DPS issued a summons to a SCT resident for driving his car in the wrong direction in the Freeport (F) Loop.

August 21/7:15 p.m. DPS issued a summons to a SCT resident for driving his car in the wrong direction in the F Loop.

August 20/3:15 p.m. DPS issued a summons to a non-resident of SCT who was seen riding a bicycle on the sidewalk in front of the Professional Center in the shopping center.

August 14/11 a.m. NYC Sheriff Department arrested a SCT resident at his apartment in building A5. The individual was pickup because he had an open warrant. He was taken to 210 Joralemon Street for processing.

QUALITY OF LIFE
Excessive Noise: 8/14@6:24 a.m., DPS issued a summons to a male resident who was disturbing the peace in front of building H1.

Property Damage: 8/29@1:30 p.m., parent of a youth signed the Management Reimbursement Statement after learning her son was captured on surveillance videotape when he damaged the front lobby door in building C5 on 6/18@9:12 p.m. 8/28@6:16 p.m., a resident of building C5 agreed to sign the Management Reimbursement Statement after learning her boyfriend was captured on surveillance videotape when he damaged the rear lobby door of the building on 7/20@5:35 p.m.
