September 20@4:28 p.m.  A pizza delivery person went into the Spring Creek Towers (SCT) Department of Public Safety (DPS) headquarters to report that he had been physically assaulted by his customer in the lobby of building A4 at 2:21 p.m. on 9/6. DPS recorded his complaint. NYPD was notified and DPS’ Special Investigations Unit (SIU) received a copy of the incident report. SIU’s review of the surveillance video confirmed the incident took place as reported. NYPD was advised the video is available.

September 20@3:50 p.m. DPS observed a male youth causing damage to a garbage can at the rear of building D4. The youth was identified. His parents were contacted about his act of Criminal Mischief, but they were not available at the time. The report was forwarded to SCT Management for restitutions.

September 17@1:36 p.m. While on patrol of the A Garage, a DPS officer saw an individual in possession of a suspected controlled substance, which a field test identified as marijuana. The individual was issued a summons for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Property Damage (video surveillance):  Reimbursement9/24@5:10 p.m., DPS informed the parent of a youth that he was recorded by a surveillance camera causing damage to the lobby door of building D1 on 9/1. The parent agreed to sign the Management Reimbursement Statement; 9/24@12:31 p.m., DPS informed a female SCT resident that her boyfriend was recorded by a surveillance camera causing damage to the lobby door of building G1 on 9/3. She agreed to sign the Management Reimbursement Statement; 9/23@7:23 p.m., DPS informed the parent of a youth that he was recorded by a surveillance camera causing damage to the lobby door of building H2 on 9/6. The parent agreed to sign the Management Reimbursement Statement;9/18@6:45 p.m., DPS informed the parent of a youth that he was recorded by a surveillance camera causing damage to the lobby door of building B2 on 4/28. The parent agreed to sign the Management Reimbursement Statement.

Environmental Control Board (ECB): 9/18@11:07 p.m., DPS saw a male repairing his vehicle in the outdoor parking lot of building G8. The individual, a SCT resident, was issued a summons for Illegal Street Repair.
